Private Villa in SeminyakThis one is in Seminyak area: We have seen this private Villa in Bali when it was brand new, three years ago and love the style of it. It is a small Villa and only the Bedrooms are "inside".The outside living area is so comfortable you don't want to move away from it! This Villa is available for long term rental from beginning of September 2010, rental price is 12.000.000 rps/month (approx. 1.300 US$) including Water, TV, fully serviced (only electricity bill extra).
It has two Bedrooms, two open Bathrooms, an outside living area, eating area and kitchen. The Villa is fully furnished in minimalist style, it is in the Seminyak area (Umalas) and comes with staff (a Butler). When we first moved into our Villa, which came with a Butler, we thought: "we don't need a Butler?" Let me tell you, once you have experienced the service (your coffee is waiting for you when you get up, you can send him shopping for some cool Beers or other things you forgot when you were out, he takes your laundry away and brings it back, he cleans your room every day, he disappears when he feels you need privacy, just to mention some little advantages you can easily get used to!)
