This villa is available for long term rental from beginning of April 2012, rental price is 12.000.000 rps/month (approx. 1.300 US$) including Water, TV, fully serviced (only electricity bill extra).

It has two bedrooms, two open bathrooms, an outside living area, eating area and kitchen. The villa is fully furnished in minimalist style, it is in the Seminyak area (Umalas) and comes with staff.
