Villas in Bali can change your holiday to a special one if you are not afraid to spend a bit more money on your Bali vacation. It is truly worth it - we say it is a home away from home. Why should you stay in a small hotel room if you can have a good size apartment or villa during your holiday?

When we returned to Bali in April 2009 we had rented this balinese villa through the internet without seeing or walking through it. The villa we used to rent was not available for two month due to a yearly rental contract.

Comparing prices for hotels and the deals for a villa made us realize the difference. Having your own house with the full service of a hotel but not the noises - just the cleaners sweeping around us - is well worth the difference.

All you need to do is pick up the phone (you have one in every bedroom and the living area) and let them know your wishes. You won't see many people around the resort, but believe me, they are there when you need them!





There is a kitchen and it is fully equipped - but no need to cook if you want to explore the indonesian food. At least you can cool your beer (Bintang), wine or soft drinks and make yourself a coffee or tea in the morning.






Or if you are like us you invite some friends for dinner and socialize!


Did I mention that the laundry is included in the villa services? Yes, it is true luxury, you just leave your laundry in the bathroom and the next day the staff will bring it back washed, ironed and folded.





Every villa has a separate outside sitting area at the bedroom to give you total privacy and you have a cozy sitting area to meet up and enjoy the end of the day - or having a drink with some friends.

The open bathrooms are another feature in villas in Bali, it looks great and there is always a nice flower or plant. The open roofs are covered with a net so you can enjoy the new experience.
