Gorgonzola Bali - try the wood oven pizzas!
Gorgonzola Bali has become a busy place, every evening you can see all the tables filled up with hungry guests, either expats or tourists, the location is perfect as Jimbaran area needed some new great places to eat western food. Gibson and his father Jim are welcoming every single guest personally and help them to find the best food on their menu.
If you like wood oven pizzas, try them, we love them and Bill is not a Pizza eater, however there is a lot more choice on the menu then Pizza! Everything is fresh and brought in either from the early morning in the market or from imported quality shops, i.e. cheeses, salami, parma ham etc. - my favorite salad is the ruccola with cherry tomatoes and parmesan ham, very peppery salad! If you haven't been there yet - you should give it a try! Wines are reasonable (if you can say that in Bali) and the selection is good, Cocktails are nice, Bintangs are cold - on Saturday they do a BBQ night for IDR 125.000 (approx. 15 US$) with live music - great atmosphere in the garden area. 
If you have been to Italy you know that a good pepper mill and chilli oil is a must for every Pizza, even if you don't like spicy - a little splash of this great oil just adds some extra flavor! They have done a great job in this Restaurant and every time we go back they have added some nice features to it. If you haven't been there yet, find the phone number on the menu.
